$0/month: critical and transactional REST API email only. Limits are 3,000 recipient-emails per rolling 30 days, 30/minute, 300/hour and per rolling 24 hours, 250 active queued/sending/deferred recipient deliveries, 2 active domains, 3 active senders total, at most 3 senders per domain, one active sending key, and 14-day history. Broadcast is disabled.
Custom
Choose 10,000/$10, 25,000/$15, 50,000/$20, 100,000/$35, 250,000/$85, 500,000/$165, 1,000,000/$320, 1,500,000/$465, or 2,500,000/$750 recipient-emails. Managed-domain capacity from 10 to 1,000 adds $0–$8. Custom includes five active sending keys, five Management API keys, and 30-day history. Hard Cap is the only launch exhaustion mode.
Custom supports critical and transactional email. Permission-based broadcast is available only after separate manual approval; payment never grants approval. Broadcast has a separate active-queue capacity and a maximum of 5,000 normalized unique recipients per job. Cold outreach and purchased lists are prohibited.
